Every day many people spend a lot of hours sitting down. Whether it’s at school, college or the office, we spend a lot of time in front of the computer screen and sitting at a desk. This can cause our posture to progressively degenerate. This has a number of very negative consequences such as muscle pain and contractures.

At the beginning it can be complicated but, like everything in life, it is a matter of getting used to it.
